The pandemic of Covid-19 has presented its own problems experienced by corporate leaders in the world. As it turned out, these CEOs had almost the same problem. Reported in a recent study by the Harvard Business Review, which revealed that 50 percent of CEOs feel lonely and 61 percent of them state that this condition prevents them from doing their best at work. The Executives’ Global Network (EGN), a confidential network for the executives, has also conducted a survey in 2019 in Singapore, which revealed that 30 percent of senior executives experienced feelings of executive loneliness.
