About the speaker:

Sanjay Yadav Founder of Purplesky Partnership

Sanjay has 20 years of commercial and operational experience with M&Ms/Mars, Inc., Philip Morris International and WPP Plc., and has lived and worked in Western & Central Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. After completing his MEng from the UK.  He gained real-world business experience within various roles including commercial, operational, sales and strategic procurement during his corporate life, where he either transformed and/or set up business functions from scratch.

Sanjay has learnt the rumble and tumble of dealing making through many negotiations, across various cultures and supplier-base within the FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Auto, Telecom, Advertising & Media industry. This hands-on and multi-cultural experience not only shaped his commercial learning but also enriched his techniques in negotiations. He has been negotiating professionally for 20 years and coaching for the last six. A self-taught scientist and historian, as well as a professional fan of Liverpool Football Club, Sanjay is a British national and mostly lives in Southern California with his wife and a well behaved Weimaraner.
