Building a Regional Sales Strategy for Asia
One of the topics that came up as important in our kickoff meeting last year was the challenge of building a sales strategy for Asia.
In order to benefit most for the wide knowledge of the peer group we’ll be changing the format for this meeting and doing a moderated panel discussion. We’ll have 3~4 members take the stage to share a little about their experience building and executing sales strategies for Asia. Then we’ll open up for questions (and contributions from the audience).
Expected outcome: Insights and learnings from the experience of others building and executing an Asia sales strategy.
We’ll also kick off the meeting with our regular hot seat session which is a chance to contribute your expertise to a topic of interest for one of the peer group members and learn from input from others.
We go right up to 12 midday so try to block out the whole morning. The break time is a good time to take any urgent calls if needed.
